In 4th Grade, we are preparing for our upcoming Informance! “Informance” is a term we use to describe an
informative performance that demonstrates musical knowledge as well as
performance skills. Informances will combine all three classes in each grade
level so that there will be 60+ students on stage together! Please see attached documents below to practice singing, dancing and speaking parts. All Informances will take
place in the ERA Cafeteria. 4th Grade Informance: Tue. March 13, 9:30-10:00am Parking will be available in the parent parking area as well as the back of the building between 8:15am and 2:00pm on Tuesday March 13. Below are videos from the 2011 4th Grade Informance! Although You Tube has been used to post this video, it is unlisted. Here is how You Tube explains what unlisted means: "...only people who know the link to the video can view it. The video will not appear in any of YouTube's public spaces, such as search results, your channel, or the Browse page."

My Grandfather's Clock My grandfather's clock was too large for the shelf, So it stood ninety years on the floor; It was taller by half than the old man himself, Though it weighed not a pennyweight more. It was bought on the morn of the day that he was born, It was always his treasure and pride; But it stopped short never to go again, when the old man died. Ninety years without slumbering, tick, tock, tick, tock, His life seconds numbering, tick, tock, tick, tock, It stopped short never to go again, when the old man died.

The Yellow Rose of Texas
There's a yellow rose in Texas I am going home to see She wants no other fellow Nobody, only me
She cried so when I left her It like to broke my heart And if I ever find her We nevermore will part
She's the sweetest rose of color This fellow ever knew Her eyes are bright as diamonds They sparkle like the dew
You may talk about your Dearest May and sing of Rosa Lee But the yellow rose of Texas beats the belles of Tennessee

Waltzing Matilda Both Classes - Chorus
Once a jolly swagman camped by a billabong, under the shade of a Coolibah tree, And he sang as he watched and waited
'til his billy
boiled, "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda,
with me" Chorus up jumped the swagman and grabbed
him with glee, "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda,
with me". Mr. Muller’s Class Up rode the stockman, mounted on his thoroughbred, down came the troopers, one, two,
three, "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda,
with me". "You'll never take me alive",
said he, "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda,
with me".
