Eagle Ridge Academy’s Lower School now offers an after-school String Ensemble! Students in grades 1 through 5 with previous experience playing violin, viola, cello or bass may register.
Current participation in private lessons is encouraged as this will be an ensemble experience; we will focus less on individual technical skills and more on performing as a group and reading 2 to 4-part music.
Each student will need their instrument, bow, rosin and a shoulder rest for violins and violas. Sheet music will be supplied and brought home to practice individually.
The string ensemble will perform for an event or two in May. The exact date, time and location will be determined at a later date.

Dates: Thursdays in Quarters 3 and 4.

Time: 3:00-4:00.
